  • Lunch: Leftover Quiche
  • Dinner: Fajitas w/ Flatbread taco shells
  • Breakfast: Mini bacon frittatas w/ Cali’flour Flatbreads
  • Lunch: Chicken Caesar salad
  • Dinner: Beef stir fry w/ broccoli & garlic, served over steamed cauliflower rice
  • Breakfast: Buttered broth
  • Lunch: Sandwich wrap w/ choice of Cali’flour crust
  • Dinner: Beef teriyaki and kale salad
  • Breakfast: Baked eggs in avocado
  • Lunch: Simple green salad w/ Olive oil and vinegar dressing, lay on the veggies!
  • Dinner: Cali’flour Pizza night! Make it classic with Pepperoni, Combination, Mushroom & Olive, etc.
  • Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, and Keto bread toast w/ butter
  • Lunch: Leftover Pizza
  • Dinner: Lasagna made w/ Cali’flour Jalapeño Crust
  • Breakfast: Full fat plain yogurt sweetened to taste with liquid stevia, topped with almonds or pecans
  • Lunch: Salted beef broth w/ a snack of Thins
  • Dinner: Tri Tip w/ roasted asparagus and broccoli broiled w/ parmesan cheese
