Ingredients:


Prepare Ricotta:
Soak cashews overnight covered in water or quickly soak for 1 hour using boiling water. Drain softened cashews and place in a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Adjust consistency with water and seasonings to taste. Use immediately or store for one week in an airtight container. Serve with Cali’flour Foods Crisps. Enjoy!
