\nIngredients:\n\n4 Cali’flour Foods Flatbreads\n8 slices of thick-cut bacon cooked crisp\n4 slices of brie cheese (¼” thick)\n1 large onion, sliced\n1 T olive oil\n½ t salt\n1 T brown sugar\n1 T red wine vinegar\n\n\n\n\nPrepare Flatbreads:\nPre-bake the Cali’flour Flatbreads as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.\n\n\nPrepare Caramelized Onions:\nOn stovetop in a skillet over medium heat, warm oil then add onions to sauté until soft and golden. Season with salt then add sugar and vinegar and allow to caramelize. Set aside.\n\n\nAssemble Sandwich:\nEvenly distribute brie, onions, bacon on two prepared flatbreads. Top each with a second flatbread. Grill in a non-stick or lightly oiled hot pan\/sandwich press until golden brown and heated through. Serve and enjoy!
