\nIngredients:\n\n4 5” Cali’flour Foods Flatbreads \n1 avocado sliced\n½ avocado mashed\n¼ c mayonnaise\n1 T lemon juice\n8 oz lump crabmeat\n2 T fresh cilantro chopped\n1 T chives minced\n1 serrano pepper, seeded and minced\n½ T capers, drained\n⅛ t fresh ground pepper\n½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese\n¼ t paprika\nLemon wedges\n\n\n\n\nPrepare Flatbreads:\nPre-bake the Cali’flour Flatbreads as instructed in an oven or toaster oven at 400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, cooling screen or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for a minimum of 10 min (12-14 min for desired crispiness). Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.\n\n\nPrepare Topping:\nPreheat Broiler. In a bowl combine mashed avocado with mayonnaise and lemon juice, mixing well. Stir in crab, 1 T cilantro, chives, serrano pepper, capers and pepper. Set aside.\n\n\nAssemble Pizzas:\nOn each prepared Cali’flour flatbread, fan ¼ of avocado slices. Divide crab mixture into fourths and add to top avocado slices. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Return to oven to broil 4-5 min until cheese is melted and golden. Remove from oven, garnish with cilantro and serve with lemon wedges. Serve and enjoy!
