Ingredients:\n\n2 Cali’flour Pizza Crusts (Plain or favorite flavor)\n24 mini sausages or weiners\nEgg wash\n1 t black pepper\n1 t coarse salt\nYellow mustard\nKetchup\n\n\n\n\nPrepare Piggies:\nPreheat oven to 375. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or use a vented pizza pan\/ screen. Place semi thawed\/thawed Cali’flour Crust on a sheet of parchment. Cut each crust into 1” strips, then cut each strip in half lengthwise. Place a mini sausage\/dog on the half-strip of Cali’flour Crusts and roll-up. Use parchment to assist with the rolling (similar to using a towel in the pinwheel process from our Cali-Pinwheels recipe). Put rolled sausage\/dog on the baking sheet or screen seam side down. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 15-18 min or til golden and warmed through. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with ketchup and mustard for dipping. Enjoy!\n\n\n*Be creative: the piggies can be arranged on the serving tray into a football formation and mustard can be used to pipe the stitching of the football.
