\nIngredients:\n\n1 Cali’Flour Pizza Crust (Original Italian or Sweet Red Pepper)\n3-4 T hummus\n1 c romaine lettuce, chopped\n2 T kalamata olives, chopped\n2 T sun dried tomatoes,\n1 1\/2 T red onions, chopped\nOlive oil\nFresh lemon juice\nKosher salt\nFresh ground pepper\n\n\n\n\nPrepare Pizza Crust:\nPre bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.\n\n\n\nPrepare Pizza:\nToss lettuce in a bowl with a squeeze of lemon juice, 1 t of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. On prepared crust, spread hummus all the way to crust edge. Top with lettuce, olives, tomatoes, and onion. Seve and enjoy!\n\n*To add more variety: add sliced mini bell peppers and\/or chicken.
