- 1 Cali’flour Crust (Plant-Based or traditional)
- 2-3 T pesto
- 1 c fresh peas*
- ½ c pea shoots
Prepare Pizza Crust:
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
On prepared crust add pesto and spread to crust edge, then top with peas and pea shoots. Enjoy!
*If you prefer to cook peas; add them to boiling water lightly salted for 2 min. Remove from heat and drain.
