 Spinach and Beet Sauce Pizza Recipe

Ingredients for Beet Sauce

1.5 small beets or 1 medium sized beet

2 cloves of garlic

1 Tbsp. Olive oil 

1 Tablespoon White Rice Vinegar

1 tsp Parmesan

Pinch of salt

Instructions for Beet Sauce

Preheat oven to 400°.

Peel, wash, and chop beets into small squares.

Toss with olive oil.

Place in foil with sliced garlic cloves and wrap so that the juices from cooking do not escape.

Place on cooking sheet and bake for 40-50 minutes.

Once finished and cooled, pour beets and garlic into blender.

Add Vinegar, finely grated parmesan, and dash of salt.

Blend until smooth.

Consistency may act more like a spread than a sauce, that's okay!


Note: You will have leftovers! Refrigerate or freeze for use on a different recipe.


1-2 tbsp Beet Sauce

2 tbsp Feta cheese

1/2 Cup Spinach

2-3 Slices of Prosciutto 


Spread beet sauce evenly.

Sprinkle Feta.

Add spinach and Prosciutto.

Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
