Preheat oven to 375º. Place thawed Cali’flour Crust in 7” pie dish. Bake for about 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven.
Sauté onion and mushrooms. Whisk eggs, add salt and pepper. Fill the quiche with egg mixture, veggies, and shredded cheese. Bake at 350º for about 20-30 minutes or until eggs set. Serve garnished with a sprinkle of green onions and salsa if desired. Enjoy!
