- 1 Plant-Based or traditional Cali’flour crust
- 2-3 T nut butter of choice (like almond butter)
- Sliced fruit (e.g. bananas, strawberries, kiwi)
- “Face” toppings (dried fruit, nuts, chocolate chip pieces, candies)
Prepare Pizza Crust:
Pre-bake the Cali’flour crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
On your prepared crust, apply nut spread to lightly cover to the edges of the crust. Decorate with fruit and toppings to create “happy face” design. Enjoy!
