  • 1 Plant-Based or traditional Cali’flour crust
  • 2-3 T nut butter of choice (like almond butter)
  • Sliced fruit (e.g. bananas, strawberries, kiwi)
  • “Face” toppings (dried fruit, nuts, chocolate chip pieces, candies)
Prepare Pizza Crust:
Pre-bake the Cali’flour crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.

Assemble Pizza:
On your prepared crust, apply nut spread to lightly cover to the edges of the crust. Decorate with fruit and toppings to create “happy face” design. Enjoy!
