Ingredients:
  • 1-2 Cali’flour Foods Crusts
  • 1 8-10 oz goat cheese log
  • ½ c pistachios chopped 
  • 2 T dried cranberries
  • Fig spread
  • Honey
Seasonal Goat Cheese with Cali’Crisps
Prepare Cali’flour Crisps
:
Preheat oven to 400. Cut Cali’flour Crusts into desired pieces and place on vented pizza pan or screen in a single layer. Bake 12-14 minutes until crisp. Remove from oven and let rest to set up and firm.

Prepare Appetizer:
Place chopped pistachios on a plate. Add dried cranberries if using. Roll goat cheese on plate to coat the top of cheese with nuts and cranberries. Place on a serving tray. Drizzle with honey. Place fig spread in microwave for 10-15 seconds and drizzle over goat cheese. Serve with Cali’Crsips and enjoy!
