Ingredients: 

2 Cali’flour Crusts or Flatbreads
4 tbs butter 
1 12 oz package mini cocktail frankfurters (we like Teton Waters Ranch for a healthy option!)

Instructions: 

Preheat oven to 400-425º. Cut Cali’flour crust or flatbread in half. Add a light coating of mustard. Place one hot dog at the corner of the crust closest to you. Carefully roll the crust around the hot dog (use a toothpick if needed to keep anchored). Place the prepared hot dog seam-side down onto a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper or vented pizza screen. Repeat to make a second hot dog. Bake for about 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from oven, let rest, and then serve with desired spread like Primal Kitchen's Unsweetened Ketchup. Serve and enjoy!
