- 1 Cali’flour Crust
- 2-3 T marinara sauce
- ¼ c shredded cheese (cheddar)
- ¼ c shredded cheese (mozzarella)
- 8 slices of pepperoni
- 1 cooked Italian chicken sausage (casing removed)
- 2 T cooked bacon pieces
- 2 mini bell peppers sliced
- Chopped green onions
Prepare Pizza Crust:
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
Apply a thin layer of sauce to the crust; spreading to the edge. Add cheeses, meats, bell peppers, and green onions. Return to oven on high broil for 2-5 min to warm toppings. Remove from oven and let rest. Serve and enjoy!
