  • 1 Cali’flour Crust (Italian)
  • 5-6 slices of prosciutto
  • 2 c arugula
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 T olive oil
  • Shaved parmesan
  • Everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Prepare Pizza Crust:
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.

Assemble Pizza:
On prepared crust, top with prosciutto followed by arugula that has been tossed with lemon and olive oil. Finish topping with shaved parmesan and seasoning. Enjoy!
