- Cali’flour Crusts or Flatbreads
- ¼-½ c red sauce
- ½ c shredded mozzarella cheese
- Red and green peppers
Use “heart” shaped cookie cutter or a knife on frozen to semi-thawed Cali’flour Crusts or Flatbreads, to cut out mini hearts or one large heart. With a knife or kitchen shears cut pepperoni and peppers into more heart shapes.
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust or small hearts as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
Apply a thin layer of sauce to the crust spreading to edge, then add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and peppers (if using). Return to oven on high broil for 3-5 min to melt cheese. Remove from oven to rest. Serve and enjoy!
