Ingredients:
  • 2 5" Cali'Flatbreads or 1 Cali’flour crust semi-thawed
  • 2 all-natural hot dogs
  • Mustard or ketchup (optional)
Prepare Hot Dog:
Preheat the oven to 400-425. If using Cali'flour crust, on a cutting board, cut Cali’flour crust in half. If desired, add a light coating of mustard onto the flatbread or halved crust. Place one hot dog at the corner of the crust closest to you, carefully roll the crust around the hot dog (use a toothpick if needed to keep anchored). Place the prepared hot dog seam-side down onto a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper or vented pizza screen. Repeat to make a second hot dog. Bake for about 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from oven, let rest, and then serve with desired spreads like ketchup. Serve and enjoy!
