- 1 Cali’flour Crust (cut into sixths)
- Sliced cheese of choice: havarti, cheddar, jack, swiss, etc.
- Meat choice: grilled chicken breast, deli cut ham, turkey, etc.
- Cooking spray or oil
Cut your crust with a pizza cutter or knife. Use two slices of crust to create a cheese and meat sandwich. Start assembly with the base crust followed by a slice of cheese, meat and then cheese again topped with a second crust slice. At med heat, on a griddle or nonstick pan with spray to prevent sticking, place sandwich in pan and grill for 2-4 min on each side until crust crisps and cheese melts. Remove and enjoy!
