  • 1 Plain Cali’flour Foods Pizza Crust 
  • 2-3 T soft spreadable cheese (cream, ricotta, mascarpone, or goat cheese) 
  • Fresh seasonal fruit (blueberries, sliced strawberries, raspberries)
  • Honey or agave (optional)

Prepare Crust:
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for a minimum of 10 minutes.

Assemble Pizza:
On the prepared crust spread softened cheese to crust edge then add fruit. Drizzle with honey or agave if desired. Serve and enjoy!

* Optional: substitute Plant-Base Crust and non-dairy cheese options (such as Kite Hill).
