  • 1 Cali’flour Foods Crust
  • 1 beef tenderloin thinly sliced and seared
  • 1-2 T fig jam
  • 1 yellow onion sliced and sautéed in 1 T of water
  • ¼ c mozzarella cheese
  • 2 T bleu cheese crumbles

Prepare Pizza Crust:
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.

Prepare Toppings:
On stovetop, sauté onions in 1-2 teaspoons of water until translucent.  Remove from pan. Set aside. Add thinly sliced tenderloin to skillet and sear for 3-4 min on med-high heat. Remove to use on pizza.

Assemble Pizza:
Apply jam to crust spreading out to the edge then add the tenderloin, caramelized onions, mozzarella and bleu cheese. Return the pizza to the oven and high broil for 2-4 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Remove from oven and garnish with herbs if desired Serve and enjoy!
