- 1 Cali’flour Foods Pizza Crust
- 2 T pesto (prepared or homemade)
- 6 oz fresh mozzarella sliced
- ½ lemon very thinly sliced
- 1 T pine nuts
- Grated parmesan (optional)
Prepare Pizza Crust:
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes. Arrange lemon slices on a baking dish and roast to slightly browned. Remove from oven and set aside.
On prepared crust, spread pesto to cover. Add mozzarella and sprinkle with pine nuts. Return to oven on high broil for 2-5 min to melt cheese. Remove from oven, top with roasted lemon slices and let rest. Garnish with parmesan and herbs if desired. Serve and enjoy!
