  1. 4 5” Cali’flour Foods Flatbreads 
  2. 1 avocado sliced
  3. ½ avocado mashed
  4. ¼ c mayonnaise
  5. 1 T lemon juice
  6. 8 oz lump crabmeat
  7. 2 T fresh cilantro chopped
  8. 1 T chives minced
  9. 1 serrano pepper, seeded and minced
  10. ½ T capers, drained
  11. ⅛ t fresh ground pepper
  12. ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  13. ¼ t paprika
  14. Lemon wedges
Prepare Flatbreads:
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Flatbreads as instructed in an oven or toaster oven at 400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, cooling screen or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for a minimum of 10 min (12-14 min for desired crispiness). Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.

Prepare Topping:
Preheat Broiler. In a bowl combine mashed avocado with mayonnaise and lemon juice, mixing well. Stir in crab, 1 T cilantro, chives, serrano pepper, capers and pepper. Set aside.

Assemble Pizzas:
On each prepared Cali’flour flatbread, fan ¼ of avocado slices. Divide crab mixture into fourths and add to top avocado slices. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Return to oven to broil 4-5 min until cheese is melted and golden. Remove from oven, garnish with cilantro and serve with lemon wedges. Serve and enjoy!
