- I Cali’flour Crust (Italian)
- 2-3 T red sauce
- 1 Italian sausage casing removed and browned
- ¼ c shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ c turkey pepperoni
- 1 Roma tomato sliced
- ¼ c chopped bell peppers (red and green)
- 2 T sliced olives
- 2 T chopped onions
Prepare Pizza Crust:
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
On prepared crust add red sauce and spread to crust edge, then top with pepperoni slices. Add remaining ingredients and return to oven on high broil for 2-5 min. Remove from oven to rest a few minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
