  • I Cali’flour Crust (Italian)
  • 2-3 T red sauce
  • 1 Italian sausage casing removed and browned
  • ¼ c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ c turkey pepperoni
  • 1 Roma tomato sliced
  • ¼ c chopped bell peppers (red and green)
  • 2 T sliced olives
  • 2 T chopped onions
Prepare Pizza Crust:
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.

Prepare Pizza:
On prepared crust add red sauce and spread to crust edge, then top with pepperoni slices. Add remaining ingredients and return to oven on high broil for 2-5 min. Remove from oven to rest a few minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
