- 1 Cali’flour Pizza Crust
- ¼ c shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ c shredded jack cheese
- 2 T cream cheese, softened
- 2 T cooked white onion (finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove minced
Preheat oven to 375. Place crust on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 4 minutes: just to warm through and make pliable. Remove from oven and transfer to a cloth. In a small bowl, mix all cheeses til well blended and soft. Add onion and garlic. Spread cheese mixture evenly over warmed crust. Using a towel to assist with rolling, tightly roll into a log. Slice into desired widths. Place sections into a muffin tin and return to oven. Warm cheese through until tops are lightly browned and bubbly (about 7-10 min). Remove from oven and let rest. Serve and enjoy!
