- 1 Cali’flour Crust
- ½ c shredded cheese (¼ c parmesan and 1/4 c mozzarella)
- 1 T fresh Italian parsley
- 1 t fresh rosemary
- Red pepper flakes
Prepare Pizza Crust:
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
On the prepared crust, sprinkle cheese and return to the oven on high broil for 2-5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven and top with herbs and peppers (if desired). Cut crust into long strips. Serve and enjoy!
