Cali' Winter Pizza Recipe\n \nIngredients\nCali'flour Pizza Crust\n1tbsp white sauce \n1\/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese\n1\/4 cup crumbled goat cheese\n1 thin slice red onion\n\n1 cup chopped Arugula \n\n2tbsp minced garlic\n3 thin slices small Acorn Squash\n1-2tbsp Olive Oil\nDash of salt \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nInstructions\nSlice end off of Acorn Squash and remove seeds. Cut thin slices of squash, approximately 1\/8th inch thick or as thin as possible without breaking. Place Acorn Squash in Pyrex dish and drizzle olive oil. Brush olive oil until both sides of squash is covered. Salt and bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Remove, flip squash over, and bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool while preparing the crust. \n \n\n\n\nBake crust for 5 minutes\nAdd white sauce\n\n \nSprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese\nLayer Acorn Squash, onion, and goat cheese\n \n\nEvenly disburse arugula\nSprinkle minced garlic\nSprinkle remaining parmesan cheese\nBake at 350ºf for 10-12 minutes\n \n\n\n**Let sit for 5 minutes and enjoy!
