Ingredients: 
  • 2 Cali’flour Flatbreads 
  • Peanut butter 
  • Yogurt 
  • Raspberry chia jam  - (chia seeds, frozen berries) - bring 1 cup of water to a boil and gently mash ½ cup of berries in and mix well. Once the mashed berries are mixed in with the hot water, turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp chia seeds and stir well) - let the jam sit for 10 min until chia seeds completely soak up the liquids and expand 
  • Mint 
  • Cacao nibbles
