Ingredients:
  • 5 tbsp. butter, softened and divided
  • 4 Cali'flour Flatbreads
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
Cali'Grilled Cheese
Directions:
Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on each flatbread. With the butter side facing down, top each flatbread with 1/2 cup of cheese
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of butter
Once the butter in the pan has melted, add the two flatbreads with cheese
cook until flatbread is golden brown and cheese is melted, around 2 minutes
Flip on flatbread on top of the other and cook for another 30 seconds
