- Plain Plant-Based Cali’flour Crust
- ⅓ c mascarpone or non-dairy cream cheese
- 1-2 T maple syrup
- Top with your favorite seasonal toppings (pomegranate arils, dried apricot, pistachios, peppermint sugar sprinkles)
Prepare Cali’flour Cookies:
Preheat oven to 375-400. Cut semi thawed Cali’flour Crusts into desired shapes using seasonal cookie cutters. Place crust cut-outs on vented pizza pan or screen in a single layer. Bake 12-14 minutes until crisp. Remove from oven and let rest to set up.
In a bowl, mix cheese with maple syrup to create frosting. Frost cookies and add desired toppings. Place on serving platter. Enjoy!
