- 1 Plain or Original Italian Cali'flour Pizza Crust
- ½ of an avocado
- 1 c arugula
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- 1 - 2 T feta cheese crumbles
- Kosher salt
- Fresh ground pepper
Prepare Pizza Crust:
Pre bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
Dress arugula in a bowl with a squeeze of lemon juice and 1 t of olive oil. Set aside.
On prepared crust, mash avocado to cover to edges. Add arugula and feta crumbles. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve and enjoy!
