- 1 Sweet Red Pepper Cali’flour Pizza Crust
- 3-4 T red sauce
- ¼ c shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ c roasted chicken breast (tossed in 1 t BBQ sauce)
- 1 ½ T diced red onion
- 1 t chopped cilantro
- BBQ sauce for garnish
Prepare Pizza Crust:
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
On prepared crust, spread red sauce to cover. Add mozzarella, chicken, and red onion. Return to oven on high broil for 2-5 minutes to melt cheese. Remove from oven and let rest. Garnish with drizzle of bbq sauce and cilantro, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
