- ½ c Original Italian Cali’flour Foods Pizza Crust crumbs (pulse one crust to create crumbs)
- 2 med zucchini cut into 3” by ½” wide sticks
- 1 c grated parmesan cheese
- ¾ t kosher salt
- 2 large egg whites
- 2 T EVOO
- Preferred dipping sauce: marinara or ranch
Preheat oven to 400. Spray a baking sheet or line with parchment paper. Set aside. Combine Cali’flour Foods Crust crumbs, parmesan cheese, and salt. Place mixture on a plate. Beat egg whites with olive oil and place in a shallow dish. Form assembly line: dip zucchini stick in egg mixture, roll in crumbs then place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all zucchini has been coated and layered singly on the baking pan. Place in oven and bake for 20 min. Remove from and transfer to serving dish. Serve with favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
