Ingredients:
  • 2 5” Cali’flour Flatbreads or 1 Cali’flour Crust
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 4 t mayonnaise
  • 4 large thin tomato slices
  • 4-6 strips turkey bacon, cooked
  • 4 small lettuce leaves
Prepare flatbread/crust:
Preheat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
If using Cali’flour Crust, cut into quarters. Coat the skillet with cooking spray. Using a metal spatula, place flatbread or ¼ triangles in the skillet (in batches if necessary) and cook until browned on the bottom, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the second side and firm. Let rest.

Assemble Sandwich:
Spread mayonnaise over 1 flatbread or 2 crust triangles. Add tomatoes, bacon, and lettuce: top with the remaining flatbread/crust. (Cut flatbread in half.) Serve and enjoy!
