- 1 Plain Cali’flour Foods Pizza Crust
- ¼-½ c marshmallow fluff
- ½ c chocolate chip chunks
- (Optional) ¼ c finely ground graham cracker crumbs
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Pizza Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400º on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for a minimum of 10 minutes.
On prepared crust spread marshmallow fluff to cover to the edges. Top chocolate chunks to preference and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if using. Place in oven on high broil for 2-5 min until marshmallows are golden and chocolate is warmed to desired consistency. Watch so they do not burn. Remove, cut, and serve. Enjoy!
