- I Cali’flour crust
- 2-4 T of red sauce
- ¼ c of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4-6 oz of Canadian bacon chopped
- ½ c pineapple chunks removed of juice
- ¼ small Red onion thinly sliced
- 1 green onion chopped
Pre-bake the Cali’flour crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes. Apply a thin layer of red sauce to the edges of the crus then add mozzarella cheese, Canadian bacon, pineapple chunks, and red onions. Return pizza to the oven set on high broil for 2-4 min to melt cheese. Remove from oven and garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
