Cali' Chicken Caesar Pizza Recipe


1 Cali’flour Pizza Crust of your choice

½ sweet white onion

1/2 a zucchini

1/2 a piece of barbecue grilled chicken

1/2 cup parmesan

½ sprig rosemary

1 Tbsp Olive oil

1 Tbsp caesar salad dressing of choice


Preheat oven to 350ºF

Cover baking sheet with parchment paper (not wax paper)

Or using a pizza stone

Bake your Cali’flour pizza crust for 5 minutes with no toppings

While your pizza crust is baking, begin to sauté onions and zucchini 

Chop sweet white onion and zucchini, using olive oil in a pan, sauté onions until soft and golden

Remove pizza crust from oven

Apply caesar dressing evenly to pizza crust

Disburse sautéed onion and zucchini

Place barbecue grilled chicken evenly throughout 

Sprinkle parmesan

Sprinkle fresh rosemary

Bake at 350ºF for 12-14 minutes
**Let cool for 5 minutes prior to slicing and enjoy!

Hi is the crust supposed to be crispy?? Perhaps I did something wrong. I did pre bake for 5 min. But maybe the oven temp wasn’t high enough
