  • 1 Original Italian Cali’flour Pizza Crust
  • 2 T Caesar dressing
  • 4 oz grilled, roasted, or baked chicken breast in bite-sized pieces
  • ½ c thinly sliced zucchini
  • ¾ c grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cracked black pepper
Prepare Pizza Crust:
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.

Assemble Pizza:
On prepared crust, add dressing and spread to the crust edge. Top with chicken breast, zucchini, and ½ c of Parmesan cheese. Return to oven on high broil for 2-5 min. Remove from oven and top with remainder of cheese. Add fresh ground pepper if desired.  Serve and enjoy!
