  • Bruschetta Pizza

We first baked and cooled the crust, then spread a thin layer of yummy ricotta. Next we topped with bruschetta (ingredients below) and then finished with balsamic glaze. So yum!

Bruschetta ingredients: We made the bruschetta with roasted cherry tomatoes (halved), olive oil, rosemary, basil, and red pepper flakes.
