- 2 5” Cali’flour Foods Flatbreads
- 4 T whipped cream cheese
- ½ c fresh blueberries
- ¼ t sweetener (like honey, agave, Truvia)
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Flatbreads as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes. Spread 2 T of cream cheese on each slice. Evenly distribute blueberries on each crust. Top with sweetener. Place under broiler for 2-3 min til blueberries are about to burst. Remove from oven. Serve and enjoy!
