Amy's Famous Veggie Pizza Recipe

Using our New 100% Plant-Based

Cauliflower Pizza Crust 

Ingredients

Plant-Based Cali'Pizza Crust

1 Tablespoon red sauce 

1/3 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)

1/4 cup zucchini  

1/4 cup yellow squash 

1/4 cup mixed sweet bell peppers

1/4 cup mushrooms

1/4 cup red onions

2 tbs green onions 

3 leaves of basil 

1/2 tsp olive oil 

    Instructions

    Bake crust for 5 minutes

    Sauté mix vegetables (not the green onion or basil) in olive oil until golden brown

    Lightly apply red sauce on the crust

    Sprinkle cheese (optional)

    Disburse sautéed veggies 

    Bake for 14 minutes at 350F


    Top it off with green onion and basil


    **Let sit for 5 minutes and enjoy!

    Hi! I also made a ‘vegetarian pizza’! I used sauteed veggies from the night before, added black olives, fresh spinach & artichoke hearts! It was awesome~ i just need to ‘crisp’ the crust first. I also had LOTS of veggies on it, so I ate it with a fork AND fingers!
    Can’t wait to have my next pizza~ I’ve already ordered another ‘bundle pack’ w the pizza stone.
