  • Low Carb Meatballs featuring Cali'flour Crusts

LOW CARB MEATBALLS
Ingredients:
1 Cali'flour Crust (any flavor)-baked and pulsed*
1 lb gound beef
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper
2 Tbl Worcestershire sauce
fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
 *Use left over crust scraps if you have them (approximately 1 cup)
Prepare Meatballs:
Preheat oven to 375. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined. Form into balls and place onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed or lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 min. Remove from oven. Transfer to serving dish and top with fresh herbs. Enjoy!
