Here are the top 5 questions we get asked, in no particular order. \n\n\n How is our pizza different than the competitors?\n\n\nWe consider our closest competitors to be any pizza made with cauliflower. With that being said, our pizza crust is different because it is not only made with cauliflower being the number one ingredient, but it is also very low in ingredients. At Cali’flour Foods, we believe simplicity is one of the best approaches to health. The smaller the ingredient list, the better.\nIn addition to the above mentioned details, our crust is also very flavorful. Some of our competitors offer a crust with minimal cauliflower, either powdered or pureed, whereas our crust uses the real thing. This actually enhances the flavor. The unique taste of cauliflower is complemented perfectly with our choice of supporting ingredients.\nOur crust is the largest of its kind on the market, with the best price per ounce deal compared to the competitors.\n\n\n What else can I make beside pizza with a Cali’flour crust?\n\n\nThe options are increasing all the time! We have had successful meals using the crust for lasagna, sandwich bread, chips, avocado toast, quiche, and more to come! We are always experimenting with new and fun ways to use the crust. Check out our Instagram for inspiration!\n\n\n How do I make my pizza crust crispier?\n\n\nThere are a few ways to do this. Our greatest suggestion is to use the pizza pan we offer on our site! But if you don't have that pan, we have some other great suggestions! One is to briefly broil the crust, but keep a close eye! They can burn quickly with this method.\nAnother safer and more effective way is to use a pizza pan, the kind with the holes on the bottom. Using a sheet of parchment paper on the pizza pan, cook at 350º-400º for five to 15 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your crust, flipping the crust half way through. This method typically results in a very even, pleasantly crispy crust and is merely a different way to do your necessary pre-bake.\n\n\n When will my order arrive?\n\n\nWe allow 5 days to process your order. After your order has been processed, we will ship your package to you using USPS Priority Mail. This transit time takes anywhere from 2 to 3 days from the time it leaves our facility. When your order has been scanned and placed on the carrier truck, you will receive an email notification with all of your tracking information included! We look forward to hearing that your package arrives to you safe and sound!\n\n\n Is it okay if my crust doesn’t arrive frozen? And can I freeze it?\n\n\nWe try to be sure that everyone knows that our pizza crusts are a fully-baked product. Since they contain no raw ingredients, they are safely packaged to arrive shelf-stable and without need for any cooling components. Our products are free of preservatives so we do ask that you freeze the crusts that you do not plan to use right away!
